Kick-Off Meeting

During this preliminary convening of the Research Network, members from MindLab, Cornell Tech, Weill Cornell Medical College, Arizona State University, University of Toronto, Harvard University, Massachusetts General Hospital, New York University, and Pew Research Center discussed the emerging paradigm of open governance and attempted to answer:

• How can the Network’s various disciplinary perspectives create alternative approaches to governance reform?
• What key research questions should we have answered in three years?
• What is a groundbreaking initiative, from any field or discipline, that the Network should aspire to emulate?
